It is advised to pay the remaining balance in cash after the non-refundable deposit. The variations in pricing arise from charges related to cash or online payments, as well as any additional fees for add on's, travel etc. (A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be paid at the time of reservation, which has already been included in the outstanding balance listed below, and there is an additional $50 charge for online payments, excluding the deposit that must be paid online.)
